At CK Melamine, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Policy

• Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving their parcel.

• The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

• Return shipping and delivery charges will be the customer's responsibility.

• Refunds will be processed once the returned parcel has been received and inspected by CK Melamine.

2. Refund Policy

• Once we receive the returned parcel, the refund will be processed.

• Original delivery charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.

• The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer through an agreed payment method.

3. Damaged or Broken Items

• If a customer receives broken or damaged melamine crockery, they must contact us and provide clear pictures or videos of the damaged product.

• If the customer wants a replacement, CK Melamine will arrange a new piece or replacement product. However, the customer will be responsible for the delivery charges of the replacement parcel.

• If the customer prefers a refund instead of a replacement, the refund will be issued after verification, with delivery charges deducted from the refund amount.
